Ken Rosberg – President & Supervising Broker, Cedar Creek Realty, LLC.
Appropriately nick-named “Mr. Cedar Creek”, Ken has worked exclusively for the community as an on-site sales executive since Jan. 2nd 1992, and was appointed to oversee all new & resale residential sales in October of 2006. A licensed Realtor in Johnson County since 1979, Ken brings an incomparable volume of knowledge regarding every aspect of real estate; including new home construction, Cedar Creek resale properties, site selection, builders, contracts and negotiation skills. Ken is both a true professional and a person you will find very enjoyable to work with. He is a member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors Professional Standards Board and also serves as a Mediator.
A lifetime resident of Johnson County, Linda attended Jo Co Community College & the University of Kansas. A licensed Realtor since 1984, she obtained her Brokers license in 1986 and soon thereafter found her niche in new home construction. Over the past 20 years, Linda has worked closely with some of the Midwest’s most successful developers & builders, and we’re very fortunate to have her with us. I’m certain you will find her very knowledgeable, helpful, and simply a joy to work with. There’s no need to be apprehensive about building, Linda will skillfully guide you through the entire new home construction process. Linda is a member of the KCRAR, and has served on various committee’s including form & contracts, Grievance and Professional Standards.
Jeff Sheppard – Sales Executive & Associate Broker
Jeff has been a member of the Cedar Creek sales team since 2006. Prior to that Jeff has been in the real estate business for over five years selling new and resale homes. He completed the Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) courses in 2005 at the Kansas City Home Builders Association. In 2007 Jeff finished the educational and testing requirements to obtain his Brokers license. In 2008 he completed his e-PRO certification. And in 2009 Jeff completed his education requirements for the Green Certified Real Estate Professional (GCREP). What first stood out to us about Jeff is just how excited he is about representing Cedar Creek; what we‚ve subsequently learned is that he is extremely organized with a vast wealth of technological skills as well. Always a very enthusiastic and pleasant person to work with, Jeff is eager to inform you about all Cedar Creek has to offer. And he‚s a good reference too since he‚s also a resident of Cedar Creek.
