Come Together
Nestled among the rolling hills of Olathe, Kansas, The Communities of Cedar Creek offer one of the most distinctive master-planned living experiences in the Kansas City Metro. Spanning more than 5,000 acres of scenic landscape, Cedar Creek blends thoughtfully designed neighborhoods with lakes, parks, and resort-inspired amenities that create a lifestyle unlike any other.
From quiet wooded homesites and panoramic valley views to vibrant community gatherings and outdoor recreation, Cedar Creek is a place where neighbors connect, families grow, and everyday living feels extraordinary.
A Distinctive Place to Call Home
Cedar Creek began with a bold vision—to create a community where natural beauty and thoughtful planning would shape the way people live. Since its founding in 1989, that vision has grown into one of Johnson County’s most respected master-planned developments.
Carefully preserved green space, winding roads that follow the contours of the land, and neighborhoods designed to complement the surrounding environment all contribute to Cedar Creek’s distinctive character.
Today, more than 1,600 families call Cedar Creek home, drawn by its unique blend of scenic landscapes, luxury homes, and a strong sense of community.
