The 2026 Spring KC Parade of Homes returns April 25 through May 10, bringing the region’s most inspiring homes to life across the Greater Kansas City area.

All homes are open daily from 11 AM to 6 PM, and admission is free. Be sure to stop by one of our furnished models to pick up your Parade guide while supplies last.
