Cedar Creek Homes on Parade
The 2024 Spring KC Parade of Homes takes place from April 27 to May 12 across the Greater Kansas City area. The Communities of Cedar Creek are thrilled to have an impressive lineup of 18 unique homes on the tour, showcasing architectural brilliance and interior design mastery.
Our Parade Homes are conveniently located in four Cedar Creek neighborhoods: Hidden Lake Estates, Valley Ridge, The Villas at Hidden Lake, and The Meadows at Valley Ridge. These neighborhoods are all within close proximity to one another, making it easy to explore them all. Check out the map below!
Parade homes are open daily from 11am–6pm and admission is FREE! Pick up a parade guide in any of our furnished model homes while supplies last.
