The much-anticipated 2023 Fall KC Parade of Homes, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City, is just around the corner, and you’re invited to see the latest architectural and interior design excellence that Cedar Creek offers. We’re excited to have 14 unique homes on the fall tour built by a selection of our premier building partners. This is always an exciting event for homebuyers, real estate professionals, and anyone interested in the latest home design and construction trends.
This season’s Parade of Homes runs from September 23rd to October 8th and will feature more than 300 newly constructed homes across the Kansas City Metro area. Visitors can tour homes in various styles and price ranges, from cozy maintenance-provided homes to luxurious custom-built estates.

Parade Homes will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission is free. Parade guides will be available in our furnished parade homes while supplies last.
