Cedar Creek Model Homes

We currently have furnished model homes in two Cedar Creek neighborhoods, built by a selection of our premier building partners. Below you’ll find some basic info for each model, sorted by neighborhood. In addition to our current model home inventory, we have several spec homes that are available for immediate possession.

The Villas at Hidden Lake

Our newest maintenance-provided neighborhood, The Villas at Hidden Lake, currently has two model homes open Thursday through Sunday, Noon to 5PM.

The Meadows at Valley Ridge

The Meadows currently has one model home that is open Wednesday through Sunday from Noon to 5PM.
