Cedar Creek Homes on Parade

The 2025 Fall KC Parade of Homes takes place from September 20th to October 5th, 2025, across the Greater Kansas City area. The Communities of Cedar Creek have a lineup of 7 unique homes on the tour, showcasing architectural brilliance and interior design mastery.

Our Parade Homes are located across four Cedar Creek neighborhoods: Canyon Oaks, Valley Ridge, The Villas at Hidden Lake, and The Meadows at Valley Ridge. These neighborhoods are all adjacent to one another, making it easy to explore them all. Check out the map below!

Parade homes will be open daily from 11am–6pm, and admission is FREE! Pick up a parade guide in any of our furnished model homes during the parade while supplies last.
