Cedar Creek Homes on Parade

The 2024 Fall KC Parade of Homes takes place from September 21 to October 6 across the Greater Kansas City area. It features homes by some of the area’s finest builders and includes villas and single-family homes with a variety of floor plans featuring the latest design trends. The Communities of Cedar Creek are thrilled to have 11 unique homes on the fall tour showcasing our premier building partners.

Our Parade Homes are conveniently located in four Cedar Creek neighborhoods: Hidden Lake Estates, Valley Ridge, The Villas at Hidden Lake, and The Meadows at Valley Ridge. These neighborhoods are all within close proximity to one another, making it easy to explore them all.

Parade homes are open daily from 11am–6pm and admission is FREE! Pick up a parade guide in any of our furnished model homes while supplies last. See you on parade!
