Cedar Creek Realty is excited to announce the addition of Kate Harness to its roster of executive sales agents. For several years, Kate has worked closely with Cedar Creek Realty in a supporting background role. We’re thrilled to now have her on board as a full-time agent. Kate will be helping with home and lot sales in Hidden Lake Estates, The Villas at Hidden Lake, and The Ridge at Shadow Glen.
An Olathe native, Kate got her start in real estate ten years ago. Over the past decade, she has served as a licensed realtor, operations manager, and transaction manager for multiple top real estate teams in the KC metro. Her comprehensive background, keen eye for detail, and passion for helping others give her the insight and experience needed to best serve clients.
In addition to helping clients purchase or sell their homes, Kate has extensive experience with investment properties and new neighborhood development. With her work covering such a wide variety of projects and her devotion to service, Kate has established strong relationships with developers, city/county planners, engineers, investors, lenders, and agents.
Kate got into real estate license right after graduating from Kansas State University in 2012. She loves traveling and photography and is always interested in visiting new places and learning new things. In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her two dogs, friends, and family.
